relation-graph Terms of Service

Last updated: April 18, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to relation-graph.com and the related websites, products, paid plans, knowledge content, GraphPilot services, and support services provided by DDJ Intelligence LLC. The registered address, notice address, and certain entity details are temporarily shown with placeholders such as <TODO-REGISTERED-ADDRESS>, <TODO-LEGAL-NOTICE-EMAIL>, and <TODO-BUSINESS-CONTACT> so they can be updated later in one pass.

By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, making a payment, downloading content, uploading content, creating a public snapshot, using RG GraphPilot, using knowledge content, or continuing to use the related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Contracting Entity and Scope

  1. This website and the related services are provided and operated by DDJ Intelligence LLC.
  2. These terms apply to public website content, the account system, ordering and payment, knowledge-content licensing, RG GraphPilot online services, public snapshot features, customer support, and other services related to relation-graph.com.
  3. If you use the services on behalf of a company, team, or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” also refers to that entity.
  4. If a specific order, quotation, enterprise contract, project statement, or separate license agreement expressly says otherwise, that separate agreement controls for that subject matter. All other matters remain governed by these terms.

2. Age and Account Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account, purchase paid services, activate a membership, buy knowledge content, buy or use credits, use RG GraphPilot online services, or submit content that requires continuing processing or retention.
  2. If you are under 18, do not create an account, place an order, or use any paid service.
  3. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information and must safeguard your account credentials, verification codes, sign-in methods, and session state.
  4. You may not lend, rent, sell, transfer, or share your account with unrelated third parties. We may verify, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access if we detect abnormal sign-ins, multi-person use, abusive automation, circumvention, or similar misuse.

3. Orders, Payments, Plans, and Credits

3.1 Orders and Payments

  1. Unless a page or order expressly says otherwise, the Plan offerings shown on this website are one-time purchases and are not auto-renewing subscriptions.
  2. Prices, plan scope, credit amounts, seat counts, example scope, knowledge-content scope, and support scope may change, but active orders are generally fulfilled based on the scope confirmed at the time of purchase.
  3. You must complete payment as described on the site or in the applicable order flow. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe.
  4. You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank fees, cross-border payment costs, and other payment-channel charges unless the relevant page or order expressly states otherwise.

3.2 Digital Content, Plans, and General No-Refund Rule

  1. Except where required by applicable law, refunds are generally not available once any of the following has occurred:
    • digital content, knowledge content, example access, or knowledge-base access has been activated;
    • download or viewing rights have been granted;
    • credits have been issued;
    • an RG GraphPilot task has started processing;
    • enterprise services, human support, or project-specific collaboration has started.
  2. Refunds, termination, and delivery rules for enterprise services, custom work, private deployment, project-specific authorization, and other non-standard services are governed by the applicable order, quotation, or contract.
  3. If a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, upgrade adjustment, fulfillment correction, fraud review, or order cancellation occurs, we may revoke, deduct, freeze, offset, or adjust the related credits, permissions, download rights, seats, and access scope.

3.3 Credit Rules

  1. At present, credits may only be used for online use of RG GraphPilot.
  2. The default billing unit is one complete input/output interaction, and each complete interaction normally consumes 1 credit. If the billing model changes in the future, the applicable page, order, or project-specific statement will control.
  3. Credits are not legal tender, stored value, prepaid cash, or a cash-equivalent asset. They are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred to unauthorized third parties.
  4. Credits issued under Pro, Team, Enterprise, or similar plans may be tied either to an individual account or to an authorized team credit pool.
  5. Even if your account still shows an unused credit balance, those credits may be unavailable when your account or team no longer has an active eligible plan. If you later renew, upgrade, or restore an eligible plan, the credits may become usable again under the then-current rules.
  6. We may add, deduct, reverse, or correct credit records for refunds, chargebacks, upgrades, anti-abuse actions, manual corrections, fulfillment fixes, or system recovery. A credit balance may become negative if needed.

4. Knowledge Content, Examples, and License Structure

  1. The open-source relation-graph component is legally distinct from the examples, paid content, knowledge content, and member-only materials published on this website.
  2. The open-source relation-graph component continues to be governed by its open-source license. Website example content, member content, RG Template Vault, RG-Dev Skill, RG-Expert KB, and related explanatory materials do not become freely redistributable merely because the component itself is open source.
  3. Your access to those materials is a license to use them, not a sale or transfer of ownership.
  4. More specific rules for RG Template Vault, RG-Dev Skill, RG-Expert KB, GraphPilot outputs, and related usage boundaries are governed by the public Knowledge Content License page and by the applicable order, quotation, or contract.
  5. If these terms conflict with the Knowledge Content License regarding knowledge-content licensing boundaries, the more specific Knowledge Content License and the applicable order or contract will control for that subject matter.

5. RG GraphPilot, User Input, and Public Snapshots

5.1 Responsibility for Submitted Content

  1. You may submit text, images, Markdown, Excel files, plain text, zip code packages, and other file types that the service currently supports.
  2. You represent and warrant that you have sufficient rights to the prompts, code, files, images, data, attachments, screenshots, logs, and other content you submit, and that you are authorized to submit, process, modify, snapshot, and send that content through the service chain.
  3. You may not submit unlawful content, infringing content, malware, third-party confidential materials, unauthorized personal sensitive data, or any content that you are not legally permitted to upload, process, disclose, or authorize us to process.

5.2 License Needed to Provide the Service

  1. To provide RG GraphPilot, outputs, task logs, snapshot previews, public snapshots, support, debugging, and service improvement, you grant us and our service providers a non-exclusive, worldwide license for the period necessary to host, store, reproduce, transmit, transform, process, analyze, display, and generate outputs from your submitted content.
  2. This license is limited to what is necessary to provide, maintain, secure, review, and improve the services and does not transfer whatever underlying ownership rights you may have in your original user content.

5.3 AI Services and Third-Party Processing

  1. RG GraphPilot relies on large language models and related processing pipelines. To understand requests, generate outputs, edit code, analyze files, or build results, we may send your submitted content, normalized task context, related logs, and necessary metadata to third-party AI providers or infrastructure providers.
  2. Current or future third parties involved in processing may include OpenAI, Google, Cloudflare, and other providers reasonably needed to operate the services.
  3. By using RG GraphPilot or uploading content, you agree to the required processing and cross-border transfer described in these terms and in the privacy policy.

5.4 Public Snapshots

  1. You may create a public access link for a specific snapshot, and that link may remain valid only for a limited period.
  2. Anyone who obtains the public link may be able to view the associated snapshot during its validity period without signing in.
  3. You are responsible for deciding whether a public link is appropriate. Do not use a public snapshot to share confidential information, non-public business information, information subject to confidentiality obligations, sensitive personal data, or any other material that should not be publicly accessible.
  4. Even after a public link expires or is deleted, browser caches, third-party caches, screenshots, or copying by other people may preserve the content. You are responsible for evaluating that risk before sharing.

6. Acceptable Use Rules

You may not:

  • use this website or the related services for illegal, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, infringing, malicious-code, or otherwise improper activity;
  • use scripts, crawlers, automation, abnormal-frequency requests, API abuse, stress testing, or circumvention to damage service stability;
  • bypass login, permission, seat, credit, download, or access limits;
  • attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data, tasks, attachments, sessions, logs, snapshots, or internal interfaces;
  • repackage website content, knowledge content, GraphPilot outputs, or service outputs into a template library, knowledge base, AI material pack, training dataset, SaaS product, or competing commercial substitute for relation-graph;
  • upload, process, publish, or distribute other people’s data, client code, trade secrets, or personal information without a lawful basis.

7. Third-Party Services and External Links

  1. We may use third-party services for payments, email delivery, CDN, edge security, logs, communications, AI inference, customer support, and other infrastructure.
  2. This website may also contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, policies, service continuity, or third-party outcomes.
  3. If a third-party provider changes its service, pricing, policies, availability, or interface, we will respond on a commercially reasonable basis, but we do not guarantee that every third-party dependency will remain continuously available.

8. Disclaimer

  1. This website, the knowledge content, example code, RG GraphPilot, snapshots, task logs, support services, and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties regarding accuracy, suitability, continuity, error-free operation, virus-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability of results.
  3. RG GraphPilot and other AI-related features may generate inaccurate, incomplete, unstable, unsuitable, or production-inappropriate output. You must independently review, test, validate, and assess all outputs before relying on them.
  4. We do not guarantee that any output will fit your business needs, pass a security review, satisfy customer contractual obligations, meet regulatory requirements, or continue to be supported by third-party model providers in the same way over time.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or business interruption, or for substitute procurement costs.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the greater of:
    • the amount you actually paid to us for the service that gave rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim arose; or
    • USD 100.
  3. These limits apply regardless of the theory of liability, including contract, tort, statute, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.
  4. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by applicable law. In that case, the section should still be enforced to the maximum extent allowed.

10. Indemnification

If your submitted content, account use, public snapshots, breach of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of applicable law causes any third-party claim, investigation, loss, liability, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DDJ Intelligence LLC and its managers, members, employees, contractors, and service providers.

11. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

  1. We may update, adjust, limit, suspend, or discontinue website content, plan structure, pricing, knowledge-content scope, credit rules, example resources, GraphPilot capabilities, public snapshot duration, interface capabilities, or service formats at any time.
  2. If you breach these terms, present payment risk, cause a chargeback, engage in abnormal access, trigger an infringement complaint, create security risk, or otherwise harm the platform or other users, we may suspend or terminate part or all of your access.
  3. After an order ends, a plan expires, an account is closed, or a service is discontinued, the project-use license for content you already downloaded or were expressly authorized to use generally continues under the applicable license. However, continued online access, new content, later updates, online GraphPilot usage, redownload convenience, and ongoing fulfillment remain subject to the then-current plan, order, and service status.
  4. We may modify these terms. Updated terms will be published with a new effective date. If you continue to use the services after the effective date, you accept the updated terms.

12. Export Compliance and Sanctions

  1. You may not use the services in violation of applicable export-control, sanctions, or embargo laws.
  2. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or otherwise prohibited from receiving the services under any jurisdiction where such restrictions apply.

13. Governing Law and Venue

  1. These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, or the related services are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, or the related services must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
  3. You and we both consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

15. Survival

The provisions concerning payment, refund restrictions, knowledge-content licensing, public snapshot responsibility, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and any other terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination.
